I visited the dog-friendly Apremont-sur-Allier Floral Park with Linka, my female Samoyed.
At the Park ticket office, a bowl of water is available for our faithful companions, and they even offered to provide me with the codes for the castle's disabled access to avoid having to put the dog through the turnstiles...
Created in 1977, the Apremont-sur-Allier Floral Park is classified as a “remarkable garden”. Between wisteria arches, bridges, waterfalls, small houses and beds overflowing with flowers, this wooded park offers a pleasant stroll in the heart of a village classified as “Most Beautiful Villages of France”.
Paid access to the park also allows you to visit the castle and the stables transformed into a museum.
