INTERNSHIP - Event project manager

EmmèneTonChien.com is the No. 1 guide to holidays WITH your dog. As part of the development of our activity, we are looking for an internship (neither work-study nor professional contract) for our future Communication Assistant – Events (F/M).
You will work daily with the Wouafer's community, a real treat you'll see : )

=> YOUR MISSIONS
You will work directly with the communications team on 1 main project: the creation of a digital event –> Take Your Dog Don't Abandon Him ! We have strong values: by making traveling with your dog easy and normal, we are activating an effective and concrete solution against summer abandonment due to vacation!
We would like to organize a first unifying event to bring the community together and make them aware of the platform and its services for their future summer vacations and thus engage them alongside us against abandonment!
Your missions:
- organize the event: create the event schedule
- manage a retro-planning of actions and missions
- mobilize partners around the project
- bring together influencers around the project to activate dissemination
- create the visuals, content and slogan of the campaign
- create a communication plan around the event
- create a press kit and distribute it
You will work within an amazing community of dog and vacation enthusiasts.

Student in digital marketing/web communication school
BAC+4/5 level
- Autonomous, dynamic and proactive
- You are a challenging person who likes challenges
- You have a taste for relationships and a sense of communication
- Curious and passionate about travel and dogs, W'ouf race!
No question of making coffee and managing photocopies, you will have an essential role in with real goals to achieve.

- Website: help with the redesign and SEO site, writing new SEO content
- Animation of the “experience” campaign and moderation of content submitted by members of the community
- Animation of affiliate campaigns available on the site
- Creation and monitoring of acquisition and loyalty campaigns for platform users

INTERNSHIP - Customer relations manager
Internship start date: January 2024

As part of the development of our commercial activity, we are looking for our future Customer Relations Manager (F/M) to strengthen our team as soon as possible. The 2022-2023 season promises to be busy and full of great challenges to take on! We need reinforcement.
Concretely TakeYourDog.com offers visibility and the QUALIDOG label to dog-friendly tourism professionals via several annual subscription formulas.
And because we know that receiving holidaymakers with dogs can represent some constraints, we support and train our customers to enable them to welcome their holidaymakers in the best possible conditions. And it is for this mission that we need you!
PLEASE NOTE: we do not recruit apprenticeship contracts or work-study contracts.
=> YOUR MISSIONS
You will work directly with the sales team. You will be responsible for supporting our clients in creating their ad. Your goal: their provide all the information and advice for their dog-friendly welcome, to create a Wouafement Bien ad which allows them to generate numerous reservations.
- Customer relationship management: moderation and posting of customer content
- Customer service and customer order tracking
- Business development: sale of upsells to support clients to increase their online visibility
- Co-management of prospecting campaigns: Facebook, Google and Linkedin ads, telephone and email campaign

- You have a first experience in sales and the desire to break the house!
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are dynamic
- You know how to write flawlessly
