Restaurant Chez les Paysans

We went to Florac this summer, in the Cévennes national park, near the Gorges du Tarn.

We always go to the restaurant with our Swiss Shepherd, she weighs 40 kilos and does not go unnoticed.

The waitresses and waiters of the restaurant “Chez les Paysans” gave us a very warm welcome and even brought water for our dog because it was very hot.

We ate 3 evenings in this restaurant because the welcome and the menus were so good. There are different menus with several prices (18 euros, 24 euros…) and overall the portions are generous. For two people we spent around 50-60 euros per meal including drinks. there is duck, pork, beef, but also vegetarian dishes.

So I highly recommend this restaurant. Remember to respect certain conditions: no bitch in heat, no moulting dog, no noisy or aggressive dog. if your neighbors don't like dogs, consider putting your doggie on the other side or at your feet.

The restaurant closes in winter, moreover there should not be many people in Florac after September 30 …
