La Pieralice House

I welcome with real pleasure to my house La Pieralice in Vendée, your doggies of all sizes and whether they are categorized or not, for FREE! Indeed, my primary motivation is to allow your dogs to go on vacation with you!

Rest assured, the garden is fenced. And when they arrive, because a trip is sometimes long and stressful, a container of water awaits them in the kitchen. Of course they also have the right to their dishes: I have provided bowls. And also a small “basket” to place their food for picnics. For small and large poops in the garden? Did you forget the bags? No problem, I'll provide some for you.

If you allow your doggies to sleep on the beds or sofa, I have provided fabrics for protection to make maintenance easier. I'm counting on you to use them. Do not hesitate !

The beach ? This is my dogs' sandbox and I hope yours have as much fun in it as mine do, just like running in the dunes. And when you return, you can shower them in the garden and dry them with terry towels. A few toys are at their disposal because it must be admitted, the garden is not as spacious as the beach for letting off steam.

Do you take them with you? I trust you that they don't stay locked up all day in the house, which could be a source of stress. They are there with you to relax too.

I truly love animals. My dogs and cat are an integral part of my life, they are members of the family. I can't imagine my life without them, without paws and piles of hair near me.

My cozy little house is located in Commequiers, in Vendée, 12 km from the beaches and forests of St Gilles Croix de Vie and St Hilaire de Riez. It can accommodate 4 people. My motivation for renting it is to allow you to take your pet on vacation for free! I love animals very much.

Stays are from Saturday to Saturday.

Stays can be for a minimum of two nights outside school holidays and July and August.

The equipped kitchen is open to the living room and overlooks the garden to the south. Want to cook? Take a look at what it has:

In the laundry room, the storage room, as you wish, you have all this at your disposal:

Cleaning products are provided as well as tea towels.

To relax in front of the TV, in the living room, you can choose to sit in:

In the small relaxation area, you will find this:

– books, playing cards, documentation on the region etc.

– Internet by connection sharing

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms:

– one of 12m2 with two beds of 90 x 190

– the other of 10m2 with a bed of 140×190

with fleece blankets and pillows, but sheets are not provided

– mattress protectors changed at each departure

– pillow protectors changed at each departure

In the bathroom, a walk-in shower. Towels are not provided. Next door, the toilets. Toilet paper is provided.

Small garden with trees and flowers to the east and south with everything you need to have lunch there and dream in the sun or in the shade:

After closing the door of the house, you hesitate on the direction to take? Look, it's easy:

on the right, you follow the sidewalk for 600 m and you will have reached the town center with all its shops. On Wednesday morning and Saturday morning, the market takes place on the church square under the lime trees.

on the left, after having taken a few steps anyway, you will join the countryside for more or less long walks.

By car, you will go to Les Sables d'Olonne, St Jean de Monts, Noirmoutier, Puy du Fou, and in the bocage why not?

Weekly rental, cleaning included. Reservations are made from Saturday to Saturday.

PRICES for 2024, (excluding tourist tax:

From January 1 to June 30: 560 € the week

From July 1 to July 13: 660 € the week

From July 13 to August 17: 760 € the week

From August 17 to August 31: 660 € the week

From August 31 to December 31: 560 € the week

For a long weekend (2 nights minimum) outside school holidays and July and August: 75€ at night + 60 € Household chores

From 3 nights, cleaning is included in the price.
