Dear doggies, welcome to Gîtes Ô Marches du Soleil in Fozières in Hérault not far from Lake Salagou. Here you are welcome to spend a nice holiday with your loved ones. You can even come to 2!
Dear families, here, when your dog arrives, he finds a bowl of water available. An additional bowl to put the croquettes is stored in the kitchen. We also offer owners a roll of poop bags, and a little surprise for doggies who should really like them!
If the doggie is very small, let us know because the entrance gate may possibly let him pass. We will adapt it for the occasion!
Of course we will tell you all the possible activities to do with your dog in the area. The person from the concierge who welcomes the tenants having a happy border collie herself, she will be able to guide you. We also leave you the map of the nearest pet store if needed and the contact details of a doggy camp not far away if you want to schedule one or two days where dogs are not accepted.
Since September 2021, no supplement to be paid for dogs: we just ask you for a "doggie" deposit which we will return to you when you leave if the house and the garden are clean and there is no damage.
For a serene stay, we ask the masters not to leave their companion alone in the rental without them being there. That's the only simple rule 🙂
All you have to do is put your feet up and enjoy your holidays with your dog in the Hérault!
Activities are to be done with your dog in the surroundings!!! He won't be bored!!

Our cottage is fully equipped and repainted in 2021. It can accommodate up to 6 people (two bedrooms and a sofa bed). It is adjoining another gite of ours, but not overlooked and with an enclosed, private garden. Moreover, if the first gîte is full, we can gladly redirect you to the second.
On request, we lend you a baby cot, a baby chair.
It can be rented all year round, from 2 nights and with an arrival when you wish (we do not impose Saturdays)!

Beautiful stay A beautiful rental, I recommend it, nothing is missing. The owner is
welcoming, attentive, very friendly. My doggie has adapted really well to this warm house with enclosed grounds. Treats on arrival too. Very well located and lots of beautiful places to discover. Great hikes etc… Thank you

Madam, we are sorry for your bad experience with us. We can't find a reservation in your name, so we assume you were a companion? We are surprised that you found the housekeeping borderline, because this is the first time we have had this type of comment. However, we will be extra vigilant, in high season and at 40° some failures may occur and we apologize for this. The cottage is classified two stars, and includes the equipment necessary for this type of classification, the price in high season is also accordingly. Concerning the calm, there is in fact a road nearby, which we do not hide, but which only goes up to the village and frequented by the inhabitants during daily journeys, i.e. three times a day around real attendance. However, we can understand that very sensitive people are embarrassed. The garden is indeed dry. We haven't had rain for months, like many places in the south of France, with a watering ban in crisis red alert. We regret it as much as you do, but we cannot break the law. We hear your disappointment, but is it really necessary to be so violent in your words in a review left on the internet? Kind regards, owners
