Gîtes and guest rooms at the Orangerie de Cardet

Do you love your dog and want him to have a good time during your vacation? Then you have come to the right address in the Gard!

At the Orangerie de Cardet, we love dogs and we welcome owners and their faithful companions in the same way. Our 4000 square meter garden is a real playground for every dog. Many different smells and many sticks for playing make everyone's heart happy.

Located directly in the countryside and near the river Gardon, the surroundings offer many pleasant routes for a long walk; with a refreshment if you wish in the river! It is also possible to go canoeing or kayaking in the surroundings.

We are happy to help all our animal guests by providing them with a bowl of food and water.

In the large communal kitchen and in the garden there is always fresh drinking water for our four-legged guests.

Out of respect for the other guests, we ask that dogs are not left unattended in the garden and that any excrement is picked up by the master who is aware of his responsibilities.

If there are other guests who are afraid of our four-legged friends, please keep your dog on a leash.

As for our other four-legged residents, we also ask that dogs who are aggressive towards cats be kept on a leash 😉 We wouldn't want any of them getting bitten!

The rate for our four-legged friends is €5/dog/night!

L'Orangerie de Cardet is a magnificent residence located in the village of Cardet in the Gard, very close to the Cévennes and close to the Gardon (500m).

This 4th century property has been renovated with charm and character. It has a main house and an orangery opening onto a large garden. The property is surrounded by a large and extensive garden of over 000 square meters.

L'Orangerie de Cardet offers guest rooms and gites. Lovingly furnished and fully equipped for 2 to 10 people. Everything you need to feel at home.

Our establishment is ideally located near historic sites and picturesque villages, for the bravest you will find more than 1800 km of trails accessible by hiking or mountain biking. We are very close to the banks of the Gardon which invite you to fish, canoe or kayak, paddle and swim.
