Gîte La Bergerie

Welcome to the village of Agenvillers and our gîte la Bergerie with your dog! We ourselves are the owners of 2 Podhale Shepherds and 1 Picardy Blue. We welcome dogs (up to 3 dogs and more on request) without any supplement for more than 15 years with great pleasure, regardless of size and category!

Your dog will have access to the entire gîte. When you arrive, we can lend you bowls and plaid to wipe your paws or protect the sofa 😉

If he is used to it, your dog will be able to stay alone in the discreet and respectful accommodation.

On the outside, your dog will be able to take advantage of the large enclosed grounds of 1000m2 to stretch their legs! (canicrotte bags are available ;-)) The chicken coop is also completely closed to avoid "clashes" between dogs and chickens 😉

A garden hose is also available in the garden to rinse your doggie when you return from walks 😉

You can join paths through fields as soon as you leave the village for daily walks (keep your dog on a leash when you cross the village).

In terms of activity nearby, the Crécy forest is 9 km away with many trails (be careful, however, of the presence of ticks…) and the Baie de Somme 30 minutes away with its many cycle paths (see the list of bike rental companies with doggie trailers).

The veterinarian in Saint-Riquier is 5 km away or Abbeville 10 km away.

Welcome to our gîte la Bergerie, spacious 290 m2 gîte for 12 people 30 minutes from the Baie de Somme! You will be seduced by the charm of this old sheepfold which will offer you all the necessary comfort. A total of 5 bedrooms including 2 on the ground floor to accommodate your family moments with your pets! For large gatherings with family or friends, we also have 2 other gites in the village (10 and 11 people).

Outside, 1000 m2 of enclosed garden will allow everyone to frolic, not to mention the many outdoor facilities: ping-pong table, table football, ground for boules and even an enclosed chicken coop for the traditional egg picking!

Abbeville train station is only 20 minutes away, the supermarket 8 minutes.

Take advantage of the ideal location of the gîte to discover the Baie de Somme with your dog. The Chemin de Fer de la Baie de Somme offers you a great opportunity to discover the bay in a “belle époque” atmosphere. Take the opportunity to discover the emblematic resort of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme. Here the view of the bay is breathtaking!
