Cottage “Il Viale”

Your dog or your cat will be welcome in our dog-friendly gîte near Ajaccio. On arrival, he will find a bowl of fresh water. I provide a blanket for the sofa in case your dog is used to it, so he can climb on it without damaging it.

However, I would ask you to take him out on a leash and pick up any droppings (bags are available at the gîte). Please do not leave the dog alone in the gîte if you are away for the day. If he has a nice character, I can take him out during the day or even keep him at home (be careful, he must tolerate other animals). Do not leave the animals in the vehicle even in the shade and even open windows, it can be very hot in Corsica!

This dog-friendly gite is ideally located to discover the tourist attractions around Alata, near Ajaccio. Among the hikes and walks to do with your dog, we find the Lac de Nino, the Gorges de la Restonica, the cascade des Anglais and the cascade de Meli, the Chemin des Douaniers de la Parata, …

I am at your disposal to inform you about the activities to be carried out near the gîte with or without your 4 legs.

I'm sorry but 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed in the gîte.

The gîte is labeled “Gîtes de France” which guarantees you a quality of welcome and comfort. This dog-friendly gite, suitable for 4 people, is on the 1st floor of the villa, 5km from the city center of Ajaccio. Within a radius of 2km you have all the amenities: supermarkets, bakery, doctors, veterinarians.

There are many beaches and I will tell you which ones suit you best. The cottage is ideally located, thus favoring excursions to Bonifacio, Porto, Corte… The cottage is equipped according to “Gîtes de France” standards: 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, living room, fitted kitchen , bathroom, washing machine, TV… bedding is provided (the beds are ready on your arrival), as well as household linen: tea towels, napkins, hand towels, hand towels… free of charge.

I am, of course, available to guests to give any information and advice so that they have a pleasant stay.
