The Corral

To make your dog feel at home, we provide: a bowl for water, a basket with cushion, a shower space and a towel for returning from swimming or muddy walks.

If he must be kept on a leash in the property, for his safety and the serenity of the other animals living on site (cats, horses, goats, etc.) and other holidaymakers, he can at his leisure let off steam in the surrounding countryside and the nearby forest or cool off in the lake 500m away.

A few rules must be respected for the comfort of all:

no continuous barking

no damage to the gite (scratched doors, soiled or damaged furniture)

he can sleep in your room if he is used to it but not in your bed, nor go up on the mezzanine

Le Corral is a gite for 6 people in the middle of nature, in the middle of the horses, with the Meinettes lake nearby, rich in fauna and flora.

You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: bed made on arrival, towels provided, outdoor picnic table (with barbecue) and place in the shade for a nap or reading.

Many hiking trails nearby (on foot, on horseback or by bike), many varied activities for all tastes and all ages (Safari de Peaugres, vélorail, steam train of the gorges, Valrhôna chocolate factory but also museums and crafts). You can also taste the regional products purchased on the many markets in the region or directly from the producers or visit the many cellars offering the St Joseph, Hermitage wines... On site we offer you the table d'hôte, breakfast or picnic (on reservation) and can advise you on your excursions (loan of topo maps)
