The Sandaya le Col Vert campsite accepts and welcomes dogs like the other members of the family! Everything is done to ensure that they have a memorable holiday in the Landes!
On site, the campsite team can distribute waste bags to you. The campsite also offers a cani-shower to rinse your dog after swimming in the lake or after a good hike.
You can book at this campsite with 2 dogs, of all sizes, excluding categorized dogs.
GOOD TO KNOW: By municipal decree in 2022, the 2 beaches of Vielle-Saint-Girons, the town where the campsite is located, are accessible to dogs on a leash. Regarding the supervised area, they must move away a little to be able to swim.
Note that the campsite is located on the edge of Lake Léon. Lake Léon is authorized for dogs for swimming (except supervised beaches in high season) and for walking.
In the Landes, here are also the lakes where dogs have access:
– Hossegor lake (on unsupervised beaches),

– Lake Lac d’Arjuzanx

Vielle-Saint-Girons is a rather dog-friendly place, and doggies are allowed under conditions in many places!
