Campsite Happy Pyrenees

I went to the Happy Pyrenees campsite in Saligos in the heart of the Pyrenees national park and a few kilometers from the ski resort of Luz Ardiden with my dog ​​Blop.

We were accepted without problem. We had rented a mobile home in the middle of the campsite because I have a large dog (27 kilos).

The small cabins are beautiful but are only suitable for 1 medium dog due to the space inside. In a mobile home, on the other hand, you can come with a bigger dog. The owner kindly explained to me that poorly educated dogs had degraded his little cabins and insisted on educating his dog. I think that this kind of behavior makes some hosts resistant to welcoming dogs unfortunately... It is the duty of dog owners to show the best image possible to make professionals want to welcome us with our dogs 😉

We are lucky that he still welcomes 1 dog with pleasure! 

In the surroundings, you can take advantage of dozens of hiking trails to hike with your dog, it is a calm and relaxing place where we took advantage of our beautiful week of vacation!
