Val de Saine campsite

Fanta, Belgian Shepherd Tervueren spent for the 3rd year, his holidays at Camping du Val de Saine in Foncine le Haut in the Jura. The reception of dogs is excellent there, firstly because it is free, then because the campsite is located along a small trout river, which its coolness reserves almost exclusively for swimming dogs.

In addition, you just have to cross a bridge (in the campsite) which spans the Saine to find a large meadow where the dogs can relieve themselves and let off steam. For the rest, as in all campsites, dogs must be on a leash, dogs relieve themselves outside the campsite.

The village of Foncine le Haut being in the upper Jura, there is no shortage of hiking routes, either on site or in the surrounding area. The campsite is not far from the Hérisson waterfalls (dogs allowed), lakes and belvederes.
