At the Bageasse campsite located in Vieille-Brioude in the 43 in Haute-Loire, dogs are welcomed with open arms, just like their humans by the way 😉

To get you started, here is an initiative that is close to our hearts: The campsite is involved in animal protection and offers to round up the price of your stay to the next euro to make a donation to the SPA 😉

Yes, we are invested in the animal cause, for real!

In addition to this, dogs are welcomed free of charge in our campsite on pitches and in rentals, no supplement will be requested for their stay.

In terms of reception conditions, 2 dogs are allowed per rental (or even 3 if they are small dogs) and 3 dogs are allowed on the camping pitches. Call us and we'll take stock together.

A toutoubar will be waiting for your companions as soon as they arrive at the campsite.

The doggies will be able to enjoy the wide open spaces in the middle of nature, for a real dose of freedom! And when they return from the ride, our garden hoses will surely serve as a cani-shower for them.

If you stay more than 7 nights, we will be happy to give you a “doggie kit” with snacks, ball, poo bags…

We simply invite you to keep them on a leash within the campsite, and to pick up their droppings. A waste bag dispenser will be freely accessible at the campsite reception.

For activities around the campsite, your dog will be able to enjoy:

– Hikes galore,

– Swimming,

– Marked mountain bike trails,

– And a dip in the Gorges de l'Allier which are freely accessible.

Come and breathe the fresh air near the Gorges de l'Allier. The Bageasse campsite is located on the banks of a river and has 73 pitches on a 2,5 ha plot.

You can opt for a stay in a traditional camping pitch, in mobile homes, in ecopods or in fully equipped comfort chalets.

On site and near the campsite, many activities are offered such as canoeing, hiking, horseback riding or cycling. You will therefore have the chance to discover our magnificent region and in particular its 36 volcanic sites that await you!

On the road to Santiago de Compostela, you can admire the Basilica of Saint Julien, the largest Romanesque church in Auvergne. Go on an adventure and discover the "Most Beautiful Villages of France", endowed with an incredible and picturesque charm. The opportunity to stroll through the cobbled streets and cool off on the terrace to admire the heritage. After a day full of discoveries, relax in our swimming pool with paddling pool and snack bar overlooking the Allier.
