The Hérisson waterfalls

Testimonial from Hélène: "With Taïko, my dog, we did the Cascades du Hérisson. It's an exceptional walk of 7 km, it seems to me, there and back, you have the possibility of doing a loop. 

I advise you to wear good shoes because it slips a lot and the passages are narrow at times, and when there are people it's complicated, I was afraid that my dog ​​would be stepped on.

You can start the walk at several different places. We started from the Saut Girard to end with the Cascade de l'éventail (I was not too crowded all the way down, and "breaking the figure".
 

Taïko was super happy to be able to bathe as he wanted, in some we have the possibility of bathing with him too.

If you ever want to cross to go to the other side, I advise you to take a spare pair of shoes with you or take a pair for the water, because the water got in through my ankles.

We went there in August 2021, I'll tell you because it was a pretty rainy year and so that's why I was lucky to have beautiful waterfalls.

A word of advice: In season, prefer to go there early in the morning or in the evening to have less people.
