Waterfall of Turnsea

The Cascade de Retournemer is part of a short walk to do with your dog of not even 3kms in the Vosges at Xonrupt-Longemer. 

In the car park you have a large sign with written hikes to do. I went there on February 12 and it was hard to get to. 

I went there alone because there were patches of ice on the ground, far too dangerous with the dog (I don't let go of my dog). The waterfall is really pretty, on the other side, from where I was there were stairs so I think I was on the wrong side when I was there.

For a summer period (sun + school holidays) it was very quiet, we hung around the lake and did the Charlemagne waterfall.
