Turenne Castle

Guizmo, our 8 year old Shih tzu was able to visit the castle of Turenne in Corrèze. Turenne is the former capital of the viscountcy of Périgord. It is a pretty region full of charm and secrets! 

To go up to the castle, the streets are sloping. So not easily accessible other than on foot 🙂 But in summer, there is the little train that goes up to the foot of the ramparts, you can take it so you don't have to walk 🙂 

Provide small poop bags because I didn't see any...
