A Sensory Journey to the Heart of the Cyril Codina Vinegar Factory 🍇

The Vsourness Cyril Codina offers a unique experience in the world of artisanal production of vinegars, olive oils and wines.

During a guided tour of our vinegar factory, our passionate team will reveal all the manufacturing secrets of our productsYou will have the opportunity to discover our barrels., in which some of our wine and balsamic vinegars sometimes age for more than 10 years (yes, some are almost as old as wine, but more acidic !)

Admire our production for the coming year of “touchless” flavored vinegars, displayed in more than one hundred demijohns that adorn the walls overlooking the Cour des Saveurs. You can also explore unique manufacturing methods, like late harvest vinegar, made with grapes harvested in two different years (and believe us, they don't age as slowly as vinegar !) We will explain in detail all the production and flavoring techniques of our vinegars and will be happy to answer all your questions.

Visiting Hours:
Every day of the year, except January 1st and December 25thIn July and August, tours start at 10:00, 11:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00 and 17:00. The rest of the year, the hours are 10:30, 14:00 and 16:00. The reservation is strongly recommended.

Duration of the Visit:
Around 45 minutes to 1 hour and a half, depending on the number of products tasted (Time flies when we talk about vinegar, especially when we taste it!)

Prices:
The visit costs 4.50 € per adult et is free for under 18s and dogs. For groups of more than 8 people, advance notice is required to organize the experience optimally (There is no limit to the number of smiles per visit!)

Visits can be made in French, English, Spanish, Dutch et German, upon reservation!

Car park :
We do not have private parking., but parking lots public are available at approximately 5 minutes walk (and believe us, it's worth a little walk to get to the best acid experience of your life)

At the end of the tour, you will have the opportunity to taste a selection of our 50 vinegars and balsamic vinegars, among which :

• Timut Pepper Vinegar: an aromatic vinegar with unique spicy notes (You could make a cocktail with it, but be warned: it's a vinegar, not a mojito!)
• Balsamic Nougat: a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity
• Raspberry Balsamic Pearls: small pearls that explode in an explosion of flavors (we won't tell you that it tastes like fireworks... but almost)

Our corporate shop, located at 16 Boulevard de la Promenade in Lagrasse, is open all year round, offering the possibility of'purchases and tastings without reservation' (and who knows, you might leave with a little pot of happiness to take home!).
