The Sauvat wine estate is first and foremost a story of family and passion. Annie Sauvat, a winemaker in Boudes, cultivates the Pinot Noir called Neyrou on the volcanic soils of Boudes in Auvergne, with respect for the terroir and love for the craft.

🍷 All year round, Annie welcomes you for free tastings in her cozy tasting room, where you can discover her wines. From May to September, a contemporary group exhibition by local artists graces the space, adding even more charm to the visit.

The Boudes vineyard stretches across truly volcanic soil , a sloping terrain where walking on it will allow you to understand the strength of this unique terroir 🍇

Annie Sauvat, a passionate winemaker , takes the time to take good care of her visitors and offers a human and authentic wine tourism experience!

Two options are available to help you discover the secrets of the Boudes vineyard. 🍷

• Discovery:
  Visit the vineyard and its vines with your pet on a leash accompanied by Annie, the winemaker to learn more about the estate. You will have the opportunity to stop by the wine cellar to taste the wines produced on site (duration approximately 1 hour).
• Oenobalade:
  An even more in-depth vineyard tour accompanied by your dog on a leash, where you'll gain valuable insights into wine culture and oenology. This time, you'll take part in a tasting in the heart of the vineyards From Boudes, at the top of a superb spot to admire the village of Boudes (duration approximately 2 hours).
• Optional and must be booked in advance: local snacks to accompany your tasting (€5/person)

The tours are narrated only in French to guarantee an informative, comprehensive and high-quality wine tourism experience.
