The three buds

A superb French restaurant created by three Japanese chefs. They offer a modern take on Burgundian cuisine without compromising its essence. In short, a truly delightful surprise of our vacation. Regarding our dog, while he seemed a little hesitant at first (the dining room is very small and full on the day of our visit), it went very well in the end because our dog is very calm. In the Chablis area, we were turned away several times before finding this restaurant.
