As nature and animal lovers , it is only natural that we welcome your dogs to our gîte l'Étable des Gîtes de la Montée Perdrix and our property in Toulon sur Allier with great pleasure 🌞, equipped with a bedroom for a maximum capacity of 4 humans!

Our two cottages are classified 4**** , labeled Clévacances 4 keys, air-conditioned, each with a private enclosed garden and a private outdoor SPA.

We invite you, your family, and your four-legged companions to join us in a lush, natural setting on a 9-hectare property with our own private 1-hectare pond . You can swim with your pets , explore the property via a marked trail , and walk around the pond.

For our dog friends, we provide you with:

– a fenced plot of land ,

– a jet of water to rinse them off the pond water,

– bowls within the cottages,

– cottages equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment ,

– unlimited swimming in the pond ,

– a 60 x 30 m sand riding arena for playing and working with your companion (subject to availability when the horses are not working there),

– a path for you to walk along the pond and around the property,

In compliance with the basic rules of education: respect for the premises both inside the gîtes and within the property, no barking, respect for the animals on site and their well-being (horses, ponies, chickens, goats, dogs and cats).

We are delighted to welcome you to our two gîtes at Montée Perdrix in Allier.

• The l’Étable gîte, 3 truffles, classified 4 ****, is labeled 4 Clévacances and Tourism and Handicap keys (accessible to people with reduced mobility, PMR). He is air-conditioned, fully equipped, capacity 4 people, with a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) with a beautiful wardrobe, bathroom with walk-in shower (shower 1,60 x 1,00), separate toilet, possibility of two beds (90 x 200) in the living room thanks to a pull-out sofa (with new bedding). Outside, enjoy a private fenced garden of 50 m2 with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, pergola and enjoy a moment of relaxation in the Private SPA at the l’Étable gîte.
• The Duplex gîte, rated 4**** for families, has a capacity of 6 people. It is air-conditioned, fully equipped, with a capacity of 6 people, it has two bedrooms: a bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds (2 x 90 x 200) with private accessible bathroom with walk-in shower and grab bars and a second bedroom upstairs with four single beds (90 x 200) and private bathroom with toilet, each with a wardrobe to settle you in during your vacation. The toilets on the ground floor are separate for more comfort and equipped with grab bars for better accessibility. terrace is equipped with garden furniture, it allows you to admire the pond and the sunsets.

They are located on our 9-hectare property with a playground (trampoline, swings and slide), a pétanque court (boules available on site), a ping-pong table and a large trampoline . You can enjoy a private one-hectare pond (responsible fishing and swimming allowed).

You will be able to observe , without disturbing them, the horses, foals and ponies , who live their lives in a herd in the meadows of the property.

The equestrian arena (60 x 30 m) is available for non-equestrian use to work or play with your companions.
