The Gîte LE REPAIRE DES PIRATES awaits you in Southern Corsica near Ajaccio and Porticcio ! And very close to the sea.

This is a lower villa with private and fenced garden (height 1 meter) as well as independent access, a little corner of paradise where you and your furry friends can recharge your batteries thanks to a superb sea view and absolute calm.
No restrictions on the number and breed of dogs, I welcomed up to 5 dogs and everything went very well. Having hosted Wouafer's several times, they are by far the best vacationers!!!
For the reception of animals, I reserve for them some attentions just for them which they will have the pleasure of discovering upon arrival 🙂 Among other things, bowls and soft 50×80 cushion.
Several small shops are located just below the residence (500m) as well as the wonderful Rupione beach, where humans and dogs of all sizes can swim without problems.
I'm just pointing out that there are quite a few cats in the neighborhood (including ours) and that we have two chickens (well locked in their enclosure) in the lower part of the garden. No extra charge for your furry friends.
You will have understood that in our cottage in Corsica, you will be welcome for your vacation with your dog!

The Lair can accommodate up to 6 people (a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a temporary bedroom with two single beds in the living room, a double sofa bed). It is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation for 4 people, we will be able to accept holiday vouchers from 2024.
For ecological reasons, we have not installed any air conditioning (neither at the Repaire nor at home), the house is quite cool and very pleasant thanks to the evening sea breeze and the fans (on the ceiling in the bedroom and on a stand in the living room). ).
The entire plot is very well fenced at a height of 1 meter, to peacefully enjoy your vacation with your dog(s).
We are at a just half an hour from Ajaccio and 10 minutes from Porticcioin 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Rupione beach. Dogs are accepted without difficulty on all our beaches!
Pricing details
Prices include sheets, towels and final cleaning. It is requested to leave the house in a "normal" state of cleanliness and with clean and tidy dishes. Otherwise (very dirty house, full dishwasher, sand dunes inside) an additional cleaning fee of €70 will be applied. You will find at your disposal a parasol, bowls, folding bed and soft cushion 50x80.And in addition:

By walking out of the house you will have access to the beach as well as the hiking trail in the Corsican scrubland.
In 5 minutes by car you can go to the Mare et Sole beach with its cork forest, the penitential and its artificial pool. Share with me your wishes and we will surely find an activity that suits you!

If I had the means, I would book the whole month of July and August! The lair is amazing! Imagine, you come back from the beach which is 5 minutes away, you have an aperitif with a view of the bay, your dogs leave you alone, they are exhausted, between the outings in the maquis and the aquagym in the sea! You can have fresh eggs straight from the chickens in the henhouse (they love salad) The house is cool despite the heatwave! We spent 15 idyllic days with our 2 griffons of 45 and 37kg who have been depressed since we came home! In short, if you have dogs, don't go there, or you risk becoming addicted! And as my doctor says, addiction is a good thing, if it's at the pirates' lair!!🤪😘

A simply perfect stay with a breathtaking view. Little attentions on our arrival that made us very happy. Claudia is very discreet and yet very good advice. We had a great stay at the lair, with my parents, my husband, my daughter and our dog 🐶 The view, the garden, the space of the accommodation, finally everything was there. 🥳 We are very happy to have met Claudia and Laurent. We were really able to enjoy ourselves and despite the heat we were not very hot in the house it was really pleasant. 🥰 We hope to be able to come back one day with great pleasure 💕😍. We stayed with our German Shepherd and our cat in this cottage found on the website emmenetonchien.com. We couldn't have found better! Not only is the house very comfortable, but also, when we were late returning, Claudia sent us a message if she noticed the slightest problem with our animals, and kindly offered to take care of them while waiting for our return. Not to mention the little attentions received... Really, this cottage and the welcome deserve more than three truffles (emmenetonchien.com ranking): one more truffle from Iéna (our dog) and one more from Simone (our cat), and five stars from us!
