Dear Wouafer's,
Welcome to Coc'ker Breizh, a holiday cottage that only accepts guests with dogs 🐾, your dog-friendly (pet-friendly) holiday rental in Finistère! We adore dogs and live with two adorable cocker spaniels. Needless to say, welcoming dogs is very important to us; they are pampered just as much as their parents.
Regarding the number of dogs we can accommodate, we have already welcomed six dogs, but their size must be taken into account. For example, we can accommodate three large dogs if 48 square meters is sufficient. Before each booking, please contact me so we can discuss and arrange the dogs' arrival together. We adapt the cottage to suit the families. All linens provided free of charge (bathrobes, hand towels, beach towels) are plus-size.
Dogs classified as dangerous, even unsociable ones, are accepted. The garden is well fenced and private.
On site, your dogs will be able to benefit from dedicated facilities:
– A private enclosed garden of 150m2,
– A food bowl (suitable for the breed) for both indoor and outdoor use, with lighting for nighttime,
– Treats offered with your consent,
– A dog trunk containing: clippers, brush, absorbent pads, cushions, blankets, water bottle, frozen ice packs…
– Toys for dogs adapted to their breed, with 1 as a gift.
– Bassinets, suitable baskets,
– A small swimming pool for dogs,
– Outdoor bathtub,
– Hot shower outside,
– Microfiber towels for paws,
– Blower for drying,
– Dog bathrobe,
– And even cooling mats for the summer if necessary,
– Loan of life jackets (different sizes),
– Loan of long lines (10 m), collars,
– Agility games
– Apple AirTag GPS connected to your mobile phone on demand so you don't lose your favorites.
– 7 dog-friendly beaches (list provided upon arrival)

In the living room, there's also an armchair and a fluffy basket with waterproof blankets and throws for sleeping on the bed or sofa. We have a partner for duvet covers, pillows, and protectors so that our furry friends can comfortably sleep on the bed, sofa, etc.
Our canine friends are indispensable and truly welcome, so don't hesitate to bring them on holiday with you to Finistère. There are vast beaches where they can run free and incredible scenery… it's also known as the Breton Caribbean here.
We look forward to meeting you.
We also prepare meals with local produce on request 24 hours in advance and can pick up your groceries from the drive before your arrival and many other services.
Once there, we simply ask that you respect the cottage and the usual rules 😉

Welcome your family and your doggies to our Coc'ker breizh gîte located in Saint-Pol-de-Léon in Finistère in Brittany.
The 48m2 cottage has been fitted out with comfort and care for a family of 4 people (+ 1 small child possibly).
It is a cozy holiday cottage with all the comforts you need for your holiday. We make it a point of honor to welcome you in the best conditions so that you feel “at home”.
The cottage is located on the ground floor of our family home, it has a separate entrance for our vacationers.
In the surrounding area, within a few hundred meters: beaches, bakeries, butchers/delicatessens, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, hairdressers, beauticians, nail salons, bar/tobacconist, wine shop, veterinarians, everything you will need for your stay.
Among the main amenities, you will find:
– Private enclosed garden of 150m2,
– The Made with Love bath, beach and kitchen collection from the talented designer YOLANDA CORTIZO and her husband ROGERIO.

Huelgoat Forest: legendary in the heart of nature. This vast national forest (approximately 555 hectares of beech, oak, pine, and mystical rock formations) is one of the most iconic hiking destinations in Finistère. Ideal for a day of adventure further afield from Saint-Pol-de-Léon.

Incredible cottage, a great welcome for our furry friends as well as for us. There is everything, everything for our comfort and that of our dogs. The owner of the cottage is incredibly kind and so are her pets.
The cottage is nicely decorated, the bedding is very comfortable, the equipment in general is great, secure garden for our animals and the place where the cottage is located is a stone's throw from the beach of Sainte Anne, morning and evening walks on this magnificent beach. We will come back to Lili's but 2 semi because one is much too short... I recommend this incredible place 2000%... Thank you Lili for all your attention and your kindness, your benevolence, thank you to Onouava and Flash for their warm welcome like their owner.. It's only a goodbye.. See you soon in this very beautiful region
