Domaine la Balme – Gîtes

Dogs are welcome at Domaine la Balme in Peyrilles in the Lot. We accept more than 3 dogs per family regardless of their size! The only condition is that they are clean and kind to other animals (and humans haha).

I love animals so it is normal that I welcome yours so that they can have a great holiday too! The most beautiful moments are those shared with our 4 legs, aren't they?

We have access to the forest adjoining the estate for lovely daily walks with your faithful companion! Our large garden is completely CLOSED on 1 hectare, you can leave your dog free.

In addition, your loulou can play with my dog ​​if he wishes, he is a very playful unneutered male Border Collie (but be careful, he is at home). It is important that your dog is sociable because there will be my dog ​​and perhaps the doggies of other customers on the estate.

You will find on site a small agility course for your dogs (barriers, 6-meter tunnel, circle…), everything is thought out so that they can have a good holiday.

Also note that a childcare solution is available near the domain. I can advise you a serious pet-sitter who can watch your dog for half a day, a day or even an evening. (Price on request).

Of course we accept them free of charge, without supplement.

Domaine la Balme is a large 8 hectare estate nestled 1 km from the pretty little village of Peyrilles and its 25th century castle, in one of the best preserved regions of France between Lot and Dordogne under the most beautiful skies of France ! (Cahors and Les Causses du Quercy at 30kms, La Grotte du Pech Merle at 40kms, Rocamadour, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and Sarlat at 50kms, Le Gouffre de Padirac at XNUMXkms…).

It is the perfect place to relax with a fresh juice, a glass of local wine by one of the two private and secure swimming pools, hike or take a forest bath in the middle of the Quercy oaks, wake up your taste buds while tasting excellent local products (truffles, foie gras, lamb, saffron, cheeses, Quercy melon), or enjoy a breakfast on the terrace while admiring the sumptuous view of the valley, and listening to the birds chirping while our companions frolic freely because the estate is fenced on 1 hectare.

The estate has 3 gites:
– The 2 m45 gîte le NID (up to 2 people) has an independent entrance and a private terrace overlooking the garden. It has a living room with an open fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a separate toilet.

– The MAISON gîte (up to 4 people) of 75 m2 which has a separate entrance with access to the garden. On the ground floor you will find the living room with a large wood stove, a dining room with open fitted kitchen and a bathroom with separate WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds) and a WC. With access to the private pool.

– The TRIBU gite (up to 10 people) of 180 m2. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a large equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine, a large bedroom and private bathroom and two other bathrooms. Upstairs, 3 other large bedrooms. And access to the completely private swimming pool and its covered terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.
