Utah Beach Campground: Your dog is welcome here
Our campsite does its best to offer you an unforgettable holiday. That's why we offer you the opportunity to bring your faithful companions!
You have the right to a free dog, and from the 2nd we ask 3€/day.
Simple reminder: your dog must be kept on a leash when he leaves your plot and it is imperative to pick up his excrement with the bags available at the entrance to the reception of this campsite. We have provided you with 2 terminals.
For the greatest happiness of doggie, if you cannot roam freely in the campsite for security reasons, immediately in front of the campsite you can find a large field in which your dog can roam for his greatest pleasure under your kindness.
Your dog will be welcomed at the campsite bar as well as his master with a doggie bar at his disposal if he is thirsty. We also lend him in each mobile home, blankets for his greater comfort.
You will also find 2 areas in our campsite dedicated to rinsing your dog: you can fill up with water for his bowl or simply rinse him after a walk or even to refresh him during the hot weather!
In case of emergency, we have provided you with the numbers of veterinarians near the campsite on our mobile application! It is also on this same application that you will find the main reception instructions 😉

For your holidays in Lower Normandy, with family, friends or lovers, the Utah Beach Campsite welcomes you by the sea. Facing the D-Day landing beaches, get ready for a pleasant stay in this dog-friendly campsite.
On-site activities: sand yachting, sea canoeing, horseback riding, hiking, inflatable structures, playground, tourist rally, table tennis, pétanque, treasure hunt, painting, circus, concerts, magic shows
In addition, you will be close to the most beautiful sites to discover in the region such as the Sainte Marie du Mont museum, the Beaugillot estate nature reserve, the Cotentin and Bessin marshes regional natural park, and 30/45 minutes from here, you will find the Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach, the City of the Sea, the American Cemetery…
Utah Beach Paradise Campsite offers you the possibility of renting various types of accommodation during your stay: Pitches, chalets, mobile homes (comfort, premium and PMR), sweet premium lodge tent, premium canvas tent, coco sweet.
And in addition:
– Madeleine Beach and Grande Dune du Champ Beach are authorized for dogs on a leash, go and discover it with your dog
– There are many starting points for walks near our campsite, we invite you to explore them with your dog
What the Wouafer's advise you:
- The Quinéville beach, a few kilometers north of the Utah campsite
– The visit of the Crisbecq batteries allowed for dogs to enjoy an activity with him
– On the other side of the coast: Hatainville beach, in the commune of Moitiers d'Allone
