Camping Serendipity

Dear Wouafer's, welcome to the Serendipité campsite in Cantal with your dog(s). You have now arrived in animal-friendly land. And it’s not our Télica, the adorable campsite mascot, who can tell you the opposite!

🐶All dogs are welcome here as long as they are educated and as long as the tranquility of the campsite is preserved for your other camper friends and other 4-legged friends.

❤️ We are delighted to welcome families who wish to stay in our peaceful haven with several dogs. Whether you have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 dogs… all are welcome, no size limit! Category 1 and 2 dogs are also accepted, provided they wear a muzzle. Our feline friends and other animals are also welcome.

Here is how we work:

– Up to 8 dogs allowed on XXL pitches
– 6 dogs allowed on standard pitch
– 3 dogs allowed in the new chalet “le Cerf”
– 2 dog allowed in the Pods (unusual accommodation)
– 1 dog allowed in the mini cabins
– 2 dogs allowed in the authentic cabins
– 3 dogs allowed in the “Milan” cabin

But if you have several doggies, call us and we can advise you 😉

🐾 For welcoming dogs 🐾
Vast green spaces,
Bowls of fresh water are available at reception.
Treats for dogs are available at reception (or welcome kits are available for an additional fee/free for stays of 1 week or more).
Hiking trails start directly from the campsite.
Water sports centre 5 minutes away by car (canoes, electric boats – dogs allowed),
Dog-friendly swimming area 5 minutes away by car.
A tap is available for rinsing the dog if needed.

Keep your dog on a leash.
Up-to-date vaccinations
Do not leave them alone unsupervised
Of course, collecting your little souvenirs ☺️

Amount of supplement for your dog's stay: €3/night or €15/week (per dog).

The Serendipité campsite welcomes you with your dog for a holiday in the heart of nature in Cantal. You will have the chance to stay with Celia, Eric and their beloved and adorable doggie: TELICA.

The campsite is ideally located in the heart of Cantal. You will enjoy a calm, friendly and authentic atmosphere and you will be able to take advantage of numerous possibilities for activities in the surrounding area:

Near the Aubrac Park and the Auvergne Volcanoes: The Serendipité campsite is located very close to the Aubrac Park and near the Auvergne volcanoes. The opportunity to enjoy magnificent hikes with your dog.

– SKIING: The Serendipité campsite is located 20 minutes from the Prat-le-Bouc ski area, itself connected to the Lioran resort, so you can enjoy the largest ski area in the Massif Central a few kilometers away,

- THERMAL STATION : The Sérendipité campsite is located just 10 minutes from the station thermal Caleden, in Chaudes-Aigues. This station is equipped, among other things, with a center thermoludic, space de discount in shape and of course offers cures thermal baths.

– GORGES DE LA TRUYERE : The campsite is located near the Truyère gorges, which constitute a natural separation between the Cantal mountains to the north and Aubrac to the south.

Le campsite grounds Sérendipité is very well designed and allows you to enjoy an intimate and friendly atmosphere. Each location benefits from a beautiful view of the valleys. You may also prefer to stay in a chalet or on a pitch.

Le land is very wooded and therefore ideal for hot summer days.
