Saint Aubin Island

We'd wanted to visit Saint Aubin Island for a long time, but we'd never actually done it. Then one day we met a Dalmatian we hit it off with, so we decided to visit the island together. So off we went, three Dalmatians. 

First obstacle to getting to the island –> taking the ferry. First step accomplished. The dogs didn't complain, but once the ferry was back on the other side, straight into the water.

There are huge stretches of fields! Pure joy, not a soul in sight, the kids are having a blast. So many grasses, flowers, and a river! There's a small farm to visit (well, we avoided it with the dogs) but you learn about the local flora and fauna. We pass cyclists and walkers, but the little ones don't even notice because there are so many smells to explore! A walk of over two hours, fantastic. Perfect weather.
