At EmmèneTonChien.com, we have two main missions that guide all our actions:
- allow you to go on vacation with your dog in places that welcome you with pleasure thanks to the QUALIDOG label
- fight against abandonment by making holidays with your dog easy
Thousands of dogs are abandoned every year and we decided to help them. Unfortunately, we don't have a magic wand to stop these abandonments, but we hope to be able to limit this phenomenon thanks to the following actions.
Action 1 against abandonment - The Wouafer's: an entire community against abandonment
EmmèneTonChien.com is a vacation site but it is above all a community: the Wouafer's community, the largest community of travelers with dog(s) never reunited!! A community made up of lovers of their dog, ready to move mountains for the happiness of their dog. Just the word “surrender” gives them pimples!!! It is an incomprehensible abomination for these dog lovers.
Part of drop out is due to the difficulty of taking your dog on vacation, so we are working heart and soul to make this excuse impossible! But we don't work alone!!! There are already more than 3 million Wouafer's committed to our side!
We gave them a magic power: to them and to you who read this page! That of sharing the places they have tested and approved with their dog with the rest of the community. On EmmèneTonChien.com, the masters help each other and share the places they have tested and liked with their dog.
Each Wouafer's thus becomes an essential link in this fine chain of solidarity that binds dog owners together…! The more places or addresses are shared, the easier holidays with a dog will be for ALL dog owners and the more actively and easily you will act against abandonment. This site is FREE, the only thing we ask you is to share!

Action 2 against abandonment: The Ambassa'Dog and Dog-Reporter programs
For a few months now, we have set up two tailor-made programs for members of our community who wanted to go even further by our side against abandonment! This is how the Ambassa'Dog and Dog-Reporter program were born.
The Ambassa'Dog program is the ACTION program against abandonment! An Ambassa'Dog is a very active Wouafer's in the community to whom we wanted to offer a full place in our team. He is a community spokesperson who defends the right to go on vacation WITH your dog. He is a committed person who wants to revolutionize practices and reduce the number of dropouts. Currently, more than 10 Ambassa'Dog have already joined our team. Thanks to them, we have already registered more than 500 new addresses in a few weeks all over France! What beautiful energy!
Traveling with your dog is a real pleasure. Write and publish articles in the Mag' of EmmèneTonChien.com is a nice way to share your adventures or those of others and to encourage many people to travel with their dog rather than leaving it at home or abandoning it. That's why we also created the Dog-Reporter program. We therefore opened the Mag' to passionate writers who wanted to share their adventures or those of their community to show that traveling with your dog is possible and Wow Good! Several dozen adventures and journeys have already been told in this way over the past few months; enough to give great holiday ideas to the whole community!
Action 3 against abandonment - Fundraising against abandonment - Example of the campaign "This summer not without my dog"
In 2021, to fight against abandonment, we launched a major awareness campaign via stickers that you can stick everywhere – on your car for example. This campaign was prepared in collaboration with some inspired Wouafer's. They sent us their sticker ideas. Then the whole community could vote for their favorite. The campaign is ongoing all summer.
At the start of the school year, we donated part of the funds collected as part of this campaign to an association that we know well. This is the APAVH, an association in Hérault which collects abandoned dogs and accompanies them to a new home.
The goal: Summer 2021 – Not without my dog. Show everyone that it's Too W'ouf to take your dog on vacation.
Unfortunately, there are currently no more stickers for sale, the campaign being over, but given the success and commitment you have shown us, we are working on the 2023 version to be able to help even more animals.

Action 4 against abandonment - Our collaboration with Youcare - the search engine at the service of good deeds
YouCare is the search engine that transforms your searches into good deeds. As soon as the Youcare team contacted us to present this tool to us, we said YESIIIIII! These are already 1 meals that have been offered to animals in shelters thanks to their commitment and their super simple system! It's not quite an action against abandonment but rather an action to help dogs who have unfortunately landed in shelters. It was therefore obvious that we had to create a Youcare team to offer you, dear Wouafer's, to join the movement and help these poor cuties who frankly did not deserve their sad fate!
Thanks to your research you will be able to offer meals to abandoned animals.
- How much does it cost ? Nothing, nada, wow, zero!!!

It is the good deed that we have chosen; What else?! Then you browse the internet as usual, search ads generate revenue for YouCare, and YouCare uses 80% of its profits to do good deeds.
- Helping shelter animals… but still? You can choose to help all the associations validated by Youcare or choose to support your favorite association or the one near you. It's up to you to choose to whom Youcare should send your kitty.
- How to check that it's not all that salad? Youcare regularly publishes donation certificates online so that you can verify with your own eyes that your research has indeed made it possible to generate meals for the animals.
- Animals, and what else? Thanks to your research, you can also choose other good deeds such as planting trees or removing plastic from the oceans or planting coral landforms...
