Several municipalities allow dogs on their beaches, with several conditions all the same. The only beach in Loire-Atlantique that allows dogs year-round! It's a very wild sandy beach, perfect for walks. You can play with your dog without any problem, as long as he obeys when recalled. Swimming isn't very pleasant here, but your dog doesn't have to be on a leash! This beach, accessible by car, is located Moutiers-en-Retz.
Dogs are allowed from October 1st to May 31st on the Cormier beachin La Plaine-sur-MerYou can access it via the Cormier coastal path or the Port de Gravette circuit. However, dogs must be kept on a leash and are not allowed to swim.
